A whimbrel and green sandpiper were seen at the north end, the quail was heard again by Holland and just 1 crossbill remained at the airfield. In the evening the pectoral sandpiper re-appeared on Gretchen Loch. 48 storm petrel and an impressive 6 leach's petrel were trapped overnight.
