Reasonable numbers of Wheatears (110) are still around including a colour-ringed bird that was ringed the previous year on Fair Isle. The most notable migrants today were Ring Ouzel 3 and a Common Whitethroat which were both year first. Other birds today included; a Buzzard, a Sparrowhawk, 7 Whimbrel, 3 Wood Pigeon, a Collared Dove, 23 Swallow, 3 Sand Martin, a Robin, 2 Fieldfare, 3 Chiffchaff, 4 Willow Warbler and 6 Carrion Crow. The Ring-necked Duck is still on Ancum loch.
