10th - 11th June

More westerlies, and more cold, wintery showers...

The only highlights on 10th were a Short-eared Owl at Sangar and two Sandwich Tern on the Links.

11th was a similar story, with probably the same Short-eared Owl seen again in the same location, a Barnacle Goose on Ancum, and a Tree Sparrow back on Paul's feeders at the farmhouse. A Chiffchaff continues to sporadically sing in Holland garden.

With easterlies forecast to start in a couple of days we can only hope for some more birds.

With very few birds to keep us entertained, the staff had time to replace a style near trap 1.
