A decent day, overcast with a light westerly breeze; it remained pretty constant out in the field with little in the way of new arrivals as totals included 8 Great-northern Divers, 6 Herons, the Eurasian White-fronted Goose, 2 Pink-footed Geese, 5 Shelduck, the drake Green-winged Teal still on Gretchen, 16 Shoveler, the drake Smew still on Bewan, a Hen Harrier, 360 Golden Plover, 2 Knot, 70 Sanderling, 38 Dunlin, an adult Lesser Black-backed Gull near the Mill, 165 Skylarks, 7 Meadow Pipits, 7 Rock Pipits, 21 Fieldfares, 18 Redwing and 4 Chaffinches.
