10th - 13th April
An extremely quite day on 9th saw the only birds reported being two Sandwich Tern and a total of 18 Great Northern Diver in Nouster.
A small corvid passage on 10th had two Jackdaw and a couple of Rook pass through the island. A total of three Woodpigeon were between the Foghorn and Holland. Elsewhere, two Swallows were over Nouster and a Woodcock was flushed from Nether Linnay.

Wedding day for Tim and Heather on 11th meant very little birding got done, but a fine day was had by all!
Four year ticks came on 12th, with a Little Gull and Brides, an Arctic Skua at Tor Ness, a House Martin at Scottigar, and Whimbrel at Cruesbreck and the pier. Other highlights were four Carrion Crow at the Old Mill, a Blackcap singing in Ancum Willows, a Knot on Ancum, and five Woodpigeon roosted in Ancum Willows in the evening.

The 13th started with an Arctic Skua flying north up the west coast. Corvid passage involved two Carrion Crow over the Old Mill and a Rook south down the west coast. Bird of the day went to a Collared Dove year tick at South Gravity, before it, or a different bird, frequented the obs area in the early evening.
