Another quiet day on the bird front despite the ‘good’ feeling conditions with a light ENE wind and light rain developing through the afternoon; birds of note through the day included a late Barnacle Goose at Ancum, 2 Whimbrel, now 2 Little Terns in Nouster, 2 House Martins, a Garden Warbler, 2 Blackcaps, single Willow Warbler and Chiffchaff and the 2 Tree Sparrows still.
