4 sooty shearwater and a good count of 2099 fulmar were the highlights of 4 hours seawatching, with 14 manx shearwater and 12 storm petrel also recorded . Other birds around the island included 14 purple sandpiper along the West coast, a single bar-tailed godwit and a red-breasted merganser in Linklet Bay.
